Senior Financial Planning Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

This role involves validating and challenging forecasts and inputs from various business units, while acting as an internal consultant to align departmental goals and initiatives with the company's objectives. It includes forecasting and monitoring key financial indicators to drive optimization, managing financial reporting and internal databases, and conducting ad hoc analyses to support top management decisions. Additionally, the position coordinates project meetings and management updates to ensure effective execution and communication across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Direction

Develop financial models/analyses based on key business drivers to aid upper management in formulating business and operational plans.

Revenue and Cost Optimization

Generate estimates and coordinate with various business units in order to achieve Company objectives.

Reporting and Information Management

Plan and coordinate reporting of financial results. Maintain relevant internal databases.

Financial Analysis

Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve financial performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related courses

At least 4 years relevant experience in Financial analysis, budget preparation and monitoring

Strong analytical and business partnering skills
