About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and helping to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Month-end Closing & Reconciliation: Perform month-end closing activities and conduct regular account reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Budgeting: Assist in the development of the annual corporate budget and periodic financial forecasts.

Subsidiary / Business Unit Financial Reporting & Budget Analysis: Review and analyze budgets and financial statements submitted by each subsidiary / business unit to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

• Reasonableness and Variance Analysis: Transform raw financial data into clear, actionable insights and reports. Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, identify root causes, and support management in decision-making.
