Job Overview
- Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and consolidated financial reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models for subsidiaries, projects, and business units.
- Conduct project financial analysis, feasibility studies, business valuation, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate capital structure and financial performance to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and other finance-related studies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial and business information.
- Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders on financial matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably a CPA, CFA, or CMA.
- Strong experience in financial planning, consolidation, financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Proficient in preparing feasibility studies, investment analyses, and capital structure reports.
- Strong knowledge of corporate management reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
