We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and variances.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Performs intercompany reconciliation and resolves intercompany data discrepancy for month end adjustment.
- Maintain and update balance sheet schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Finance function.
- Raise customer invoices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial information and support business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects, analysis, and reporting requirements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA license is preferred but not required.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a Shared Services, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be able to interpret financial data, support closing activities, and contribute to continuous process improvement while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
