The Senior Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership, advisory, and control services to support sound business decisions, drive profitability, improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Profit Management
- Lead financial analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Translate business strategies into financial plans and actionable recommendations.
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Evaluate investments, resource requirements, and business initiatives to optimize returns.
- Monitor financial and operational performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Control
- Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and consistency of financial and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and key business metrics.
- Ensure effective management of financial accounts, expenditures, and capital investments.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance standardization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate financial databases and reporting systems.
Financial Advisory
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop financial models, planning tools, projections, and performance metrics.
- Assess the financial viability of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct financial training and promote financial awareness across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Budget Management
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Establish budget guidelines, targets, and financial planning frameworks.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Recommend budget adjustments and cost optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve budgeting processes and reporting effectiveness.
Risk Management & Governance
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and compliance practices.
- Identify risks and recommend preventive measures and process improvements.
- Review and enhance financial policies, procedures, and business controls.
- Ensure systems and processes meet established compliance and governance standards.
People Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Optimize resource allocation and workforce capability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance leadership, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with occasional field visits as required.
