Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the coconut and food industry sector.
  • Identify, prospect, and generate leads in international markets, with a focus on B2B sales of coconut-based products and related food commodities.
  • Manage and nurture key local and international accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in target regions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and alignment with client specifications.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, sometimes outside regular business hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead generation efforts using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the food, FMCG, BPO, or agriculture industry (coconut sector experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven track record in business development and account management across global markets.
  • Experience in lead generation, particularly for international markets, is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Computer proficient, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones to support international clients.
  • Willing to be assigned in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
