.As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support senior executives while leading an Executive Support team. You will oversee day-to-day team operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and partner with the Executive Support Manager to drive continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence

Key Responsibiliti
- esLead the daily operations of the Executive Support team and serve as the primary point of contact for team concerns and operational issue

- s.Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling across multiple time zone
- s.Partner with the Executive Support Manager to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and team performanc

y.Qualificatio
- nsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Executive Support, Executive Assistance, Administrative Support, or a similar rol
- e.Solid Team Leader experience managing administrative or executive support team
- s.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholder
- s.Proven experience supporting senior executive
- s.Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple geographical locations and time zone
- s.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and other collaboration tool
- s.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilitie
- s.Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skill
