YOUR ROLE

This position is responsible for developing and implementing reliability test procedures and specifications within established guidelines to determine and improve product and process quality and reliability performance.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in Reliability Engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability testing and various statistical and QC problem solving tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, DOE, Problem Solving Techniques) and other related tools.
  • Must have basic understanding of IC product standards such as JEDEC, EIA, IPC
  • Familiar with ISO standards, Six Sigma methodologies, Lean manufacturing principles and other quality frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead and participate in internal and customer facing meetings.
  • Highly proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
