Job description:
- Lead overall support and governance of SPC, YMS, and FDC systems across global sites (Asia & Europe).
- Oversee SAP booking event processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) for wafer fab quality and analysis systems.
- Drive system architecture improvements, automation strategy, and long-term technical roadmap.
- Lead complex incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive action implementation for production-impacting issues.
- Review and approve system enhancements, scripts, and interface developments.
- Collaborate with Production, IT, and global stakeholders on system upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation for critical manufacturing systems.
Profile description:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing system support (preferably semiconductor/wafer fab).
- Strong expertise in SPC, YMS, FDC systems and SAP processes.
- Knowledge with Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux, Windows Server, Python, C#, APEX, SECS/GEM
