Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing efforts for multiple local business clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running Google and Facebook ads at scale, exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously, and a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics. SEO knowledge is a plus.

Job Highlights

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for up to 50 clients simultaneously.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Research and implement new strategies to improve ad performance, including A/B testing ad creatives and audience targeting.
  • Support SEO initiatives when required to complement paid marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, budgets, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns, preferably for multiple clients.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts (ideally 20–50 clients simultaneously).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work full-time during PST hours.
  • SEO knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Must Have Skills:

  • Google Ads certified or equivalent experience.
  • Facebook Ads Manager experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills for managing multiple client accounts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Previous experience in a remote, client-facing digital marketing role.
