The Opportunity
Level up your performance marketing career as our next Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads)! We are looking for a data-driven expert to support a top U.S.-based agency. In this role, you'll manage and optimize high-stakes Meta campaigns for multiple brands, collaborating closely with creative teams to build high-impact campaigns that drive measurable growth. This is your chance to manage significant budgets while enjoying a permanent work-from-home setup.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Campaign Management: Build, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, managing budgets of $10K–$100K+ effectively to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting strategies to uncover winning combinations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor performance daily and leverage audience segmentation and retargeting to improve KPIs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets, sharing actionable recommendations with managers via Slack.
- Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to develop engaging ad content based on performance data.
- Strategic Support: Assist in preparing client presentation decks and ensure all campaigns align with the broader marketing strategy.
What You Bring
- Platform Expertise: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Budget Mastery: Proven experience managing $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Looker Studio and intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills for internal coordination and reporting.
- Operational Reliability: Ability to work EST business hours and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Bonus Points if:
- You have Agency experience (strongly preferred).
- You have 1–2+ years of experience with Paid Search (Google Ads).
- You have direct client-facing experience.
- You have experience working across a diverse portfolio of multiple brands.
