Are you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, developing impactful dashboards, uncovering trends, and delivering actionable insights. While business stakeholder engagement is important, we are seeking a professional whose strengths are primarily in data analysis, reporting, and visualization rather than traditional business analysis.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop data models and analytical solutions that support business decision-making.
• Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments.
• Support automation initiatives for data collection and reporting processes.
• Partner with business units to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Deliver user support, training, and best practices related to Power BI reporting.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5+ years of solid experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Reporting roles.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong experience in:
• Data Modeling
• Dashboard Development
• Data Visualization
• ETL Processes
• Business Intelligence Solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and API integrations is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting frameworks.

Business Analysis Exposure

• Ability to gather and understand business requirements.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Comfortable discussing business processes, but with a primary focus on data analysis and insights generation rather than process ownership or project-focused business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Exposure to the Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure industry is an advantage but not required.
