Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, performance analytics, workforce analytics, or similar analytical roles.
- Proven end-to-end data analytics experience, including data extraction, cleansing, analysis, visualization, and delivering actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using BigQuery and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, performance trend analysis, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Experience presenting analytical insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analytics, including extracting, validating, integrating, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, recommending data-driven improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and use BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Conduct root cause analyses, forecast outcomes, and develop analytical models to support planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Present analytical findings, reports, and recommendations through clear visualizations and concise data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting integrity while continuously enhancing analytics processes and adopting industry best practices.
