About The Role
We are looking for a
Power BI Senior Data Analyst to transform customer and business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. This role will support CRM initiatives, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze customer and CRM data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Support CRM strategies through performance reporting and data analysis.
- Create reports for Marketing, Sales, and business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Recommend process improvements and reporting automation.
- Support data-driven initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, and data visualization.
- Experience working with CRM or customer data.
- Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and systematic problem-solving skills.
