JD:
(This is a hybrid, full-time role.)
- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and resources are on track.
- Create clear project plans and SOWs, and keep all deliverables, assets, and documentation organized and up to date.
- Use tools and workflows to streamline execution, manage capacity, and coordinate key milestones like kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
- Ensure work follows agreed processes, client requirements, and quality standards, while spotting ways to improve how things are done.
- Think beyond execution—understand how your work supports broader business and client goals.
- Solve problems proactively and apply learnings to improve future delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and aligned.
- Communicate clearly and adapt your style depending on who you're working with.
- Take ownership of your work, stay flexible in fast-changing environments, and consistently deliver high-quality output.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, team coordination, or similar roles—ideally within digital, media, or advertising environments.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in budget planning and SOW/contract development.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Hands-on project management experience with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes.

- Strong understanding of project scoping and planning fundamentals.
