This role sits at the center of enterprise strategy and execution—partnering with senior leadership to prioritize, manage, and deliver high-impact initiatives. You'll lead complex programs, improve project governance, and ensure visibility across all strategic efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex, multi-disciplinary enterprise initiatives across global teams
- Oversee project/program lifecycle: scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics
- Partner with executive leadership and steering committees to prioritize strategic initiatives
- Drive enterprise portfolio planning and improve on-time delivery and productivity
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to avoid business impact
- Optimize resource allocation and enable rapid response during critical situations
- Improve and standardize project management processes across the organization
- Build unified visibility across all programs, portfolios, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with C-suite leaders to assess, research, and recommend solutions
- Support strategic decisions through analysis (e.g., make vs. buy assessments)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, or program leadership
- 8+ years as a subject matter expert (SME) in relevant domain
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide programs
- Strong experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with project/program governance and portfolio management
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SQL queries
- Experience in the healthcare industry
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, or SDLC methodologies
- Background in software development or business requirements gathering
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, portals, or web services
