The Senior Project Manager and Project Manager roles are project-based roles involved in the full construction lifecycle management - from design coordination to construction supervision, quality assurance, compliance, and closeout. The role serves as the key liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all construction methodologies and systems meet engineering standards, local codes, and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEPF design, construction, and project management.
- Willing to travel and be deployed in project sites – locally and internationally.
- Preferably with a valid US Visa or US Passport
- Licensed Professional or its international equivalent
- PMP certification or similar is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience in data centers, hotels, and/or industrial facilities is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine and International Building Code, Fire Code, Green Building practices, and relevant associations
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, design development, and contract management.
- Ability to exercise sound political and environmental judgment as appropriate to support successful project implementation. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessing and mitigating risks through risk planning. record, practice management, financial management.
