The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Collections Manager
- Proven experience leading Team Leaders, supervisors, managers, or multiple teams in a high-volume collections or operations setting
- Strong understanding of collections KPIs, recovery strategies, quality metrics, and revenue drivers, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Ability to partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that improve collections performance, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, influencing, and developing frontline leaders to drive high-performing collections teams
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience driving performance improvement, process optimization, operational scaling, or change management initiatives within collections or similar functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels
Your Daily Tasks
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the collections team to ensure consistent execution, coverage, and performance management
- Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive strong and sustainable performance
- Analyze KPIs, quality results, and financial metrics to improve outcomes
- Partner with Senior Managers, Managers, and senior leadership to execute strategies that increase revenue and operational effectiveness
- Strengthen coaching culture, accountability, and leadership capability
- Drive operational discipline, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing leaders
