A multinational technology company looking to expand here in the Philippines. A global leader in their own industry.

Oversee and manage the collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Maintain and update accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing issues.
Prepare regular reports on collection status and account receivables.
Analyze customer payment trends and recommend improvements to the collection process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

A successful Senior Collections Analyst should have:

Experience handling global accounts.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to collections management.
Experience in HighRadius and Oracle.
Experience in collections or account receivables with a multinational company.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
