Job Description
- Oversee and manage the collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain and update accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status and account receivables.
- Analyze customer payment trends and recommend improvements to the collection process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Collections Analyst Should Have
- Experience handling global accounts.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to collections management.
- Experience in HighRadius and Oracle.
- Experience in collections or account receivables with a multinational company.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
