Senior Business Analyst Automation Team
Location: Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week Onsite)

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements from diverse stakeholders, translating them into clear functional requirements, and supporting the design, delivery, and governance of digital products and automation solutions. You will work closely with product managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and company's digital governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with product managers to define product scope, vision, and roadmap
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate user requirements
- Develop user stories, epics, releases, and backlog items
- Present and confirm requirements and change requests for estimation and prioritization
- Continuously improve requirements-gathering processes and practices
Product Design and Delivery
- Translate business needs into functional requirements in collaboration with technical teams
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs and release plans
- Support Agile sprint and release cycles to ensure delivery objectives are met
Production and Operational Support
- Support post-go-live maintenance and production support activities
- Coordinate with IT technical support teams to resolve major and critical incidents
- Provide regular status reports, including risks, issues, and root cause analysis
Requirements and Governance Management
- Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, and compliance with standards
- Apply INVEST principles for effort estimation and backlog refinement
- Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation to guide development teams
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes effectively
- Ensure proper documentation for application and product deployment
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis
- At least 5 years of experience in business process design and documentation
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing of IT applications
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and validation
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including governance and enterprise use cases
- Experience participating in governance boards, committees, and executive-level workshops
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA practices
- Experience with product and platform governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Citizen Development programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot
- Familiarity with emerging technologies including Process Mining tools and Generative AI
- Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Employee Center
