Position Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Mandaluyong
Employment Type: Contract
Engagement Duration: 1 year (renewable/extendable)
Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x/week)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
Role Summary
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will support major enhancements and adoption of two key ITD Operations products:
- Management Approval System (MAS)
- Board Paper Library (BoardLib)
This role is aligned with integration with SovOps and will focus on business process review/design, requirements elicitation/documentation, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption support.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, conferences, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and validate specifications.
Adoption & Training
- Conduct periodic learning workshops for MAS and BoardLib user communities.
- Develop training materials and continuous learning references.
- Maintain accuracy of the system knowledgebase based on current features.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and present outputs to stakeholders.
- Gather/analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and improvement areas.
Business Process Enhancement
- Define and document business processes with end users.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvements.
Solution Design & Delivery Support
- Recommend solutions to business needs/problems.
- Develop requirements in Azure DevOps (including standard artifacts).
- Produce detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications.
Agile Team Collaboration / QA Support
- Coordinate with QA team on test scenarios, scripts, and UAT support.
- Work with ITD teams (including integration teams) to ensure holistic implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years solid experience in Business Analysis
- 5+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role
- 5+ years experience in banking/accounting/financial services
- 7+ years experience in documenting and designing business processes
- Strong knowledge of Agile + Waterfall
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps (iterations, user stories, documentation)
- Familiar with Microsoft technology stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI)
- Strong facilitation, training, and user adoption experience
- Excellent written/spoken English communication
