About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in automation, ServiceNow, and platform governance to support digital products and enterprise applications. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into well‑defined solutions, ensuring effective governance, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions
- Define and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements
- Write and manage user stories, epics, and product backlogs using Agile practices
- Collaborate with product and technical teams on solution design and delivery
- Support sprint planning, releases, and post‑deployment production support
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, processes, and best practices
- Prepare documentation, process models, and reports for stakeholders
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage change requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 8+ years experience in Business Analysis
- Strong background in ServiceNow platforms and governance
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and QA/testing processes
- Hands‑on experience with automation and enterprise platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
