About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager – Skincare to lead strategic brand growth, innovation, and market expansion within a global personal care portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping brand vision, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving consumer engagement across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Digital Marketing, and external agencies to deliver high-impact skincare initiatives.
This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of skincare brand strategies and annual marketing plans
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle including launches and portfolio management
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and influencer channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Digital, and agency partners to deliver cohesive brand storytelling
- Manage brand performance metrics, budgets, and ROI optimization
- Oversee execution of PR activities, events, and promotional campaigns
- Build strong brand equity through consumer-centric innovation and positioning
- Ensure alignment of brand initiatives with corporate sustainability and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in skincare / FMCG
- Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and consumer data
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital marketing, influencer strategy, and brand communications
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
