Consumer Credit/Debit Card Business Performance Manager
Location: Philippines (on-site, client embedded) on-site. Manila, Makati City
Contract: 10 months, full-time
The Role:
We're looking for an experienced cards professional to embed with a leading issuer in the Philippines, supporting the performance and growth of their consumer credit and debit card portfolio.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll work directly with the client's cards team to track performance, optimise initiatives, and support key launches and campaigns. You'll act as a trusted partner on-site, bringing strong analytical capability and practical execution.
What You'll Do:
- Track and analyse portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, spend, revolver behaviour, attrition, and profitability.
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for stakeholders
- Support and track key initiatives, including card launches, campaigns, and lifecycle programmes.
- Measure performance against targets, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Lead regular performance reviews, providing insights to drive portfolio growth and market competitiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure effective execution.
- Act as a key liaison between issuer and scheme for day-to-day operational and business matters.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis and business requests, providing timely, high-quality insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years experience in cards, retail banking, or payments, with a focus on portfolio performance or analytics.
- Strong understanding of credit/debit card economics and performance drivers.
- Experience working with card P&L and delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in an embedded or consulting role supporting issuer portfolios.
- Exposure to card launches, campaigns, or lifecycle management.
- Background working closely with product or marketing teams.
