Take charge of the routinary administrative deliverables of the HSSE Security Team, such as:
- Data Management - Ensure that all security incidents, project deployment reports, periodic assessment are collected, tagged and transmitted to the responsible personnel.
- Document Preparation - Prepare inter-office communications, operational requests, executive summaries, including Monthly and Weekly updates
- Records Management - Safeguard sensitive data and cyber-documents, ensuring data integrity during the transition to standard data applications.
- Consistent Communication – Ensure clear and constant communication across different organizational groups.
- Corporate Security Program Maintenance – Maintain compliance with periodic activities, standard training, company protocols and policies.
- Budgetary Management – Plan, monitor, control, and report of expenditures for both office and field personnel
Operational awareness to manage day-to-day security activities and situations requiring focused, timely and specific actions, including:
- Technical Acumen - Differentiate raw data from actionable intelligence information, initiate timely security investigations, and identify assets requiring threat assessment, ensuring that vulnerabilities are identified, communicated and addressed by site teams.
- Research – Stay updated on the latest technologies, international and local security standards, crime trends, and best practices
- Network Development – Maintain the files of assets and informants and transmit to Site Managers dates of important events requiring info-net services and preservation of security stakeholders relation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Security
Education Requirement:
- The applicant should hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference given to degrees in Criminology,
- Computer Science or Industrial Engineering. Additionally, having a background in Military Science or relevant training is an advantage. Training in Criminal or Fraud Investigation, Intelligence Collection, or Cybersecurity is also a mandatory requirement. The candidate must be accredited as a Certified Security Professional (CSP) by the Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS) and has relevant safety training (BOSH).
Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:
- The applicant must have a minimum of two (2) experience in administrative roles or relevant positions, with foundational financial acumen, expertise in customer service, advanced computer competencies, strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a well-established security network.
- They must exhibit excellent communication and organizational capabilities, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A valid driver's license for both four and two-wheeled vehicles, executive protection training and basic firearms handling knowledge are required. Experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Security Operations, and military or police service, whether as an officer, enlisted or civilian personnel, is advantageous.
