As a Technical Business Analyst - Senior Associate, you will engage in analyzing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your analytical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business performance improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing business process modeling and re-engineering techniques to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies to align with client needs and market trends
- Conducting feasibility studies and competitive analysis to support business case development and decision-making processes
- Engaging in stakeholder management to foster strong client relationships and validate alignment with project objectives
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex problems and drive product innovation
- Supporting the IT project lifecycle by contributing to technical documentation and system modeling activities
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility to adapt to evolving business environments and client demands
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
