Senior Security Consultant

• 5+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, Vulnerability Research, Penetration Testing, or Secure Software Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Open-Source Software (OSS) Security Assessment and Vulnerability Analysis.    

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate security findings from automated vulnerability scanners.
• Identify false positives, AI-generated hallucinations, and genuine security vulnerabilities.
• Perform root cause analysis and assess exploitability and business impact.
• Develop threat models for OSS repositories and identify attack surfaces.
• Conduct risk-based security assessments and document vulnerability triage decisions.
• Support AI model improvement by creating golden datasets and providing feedback on automated detection systems.

Required Skills

• Strong code review and debugging experience in:
• C/C++
• Go
• Java
• Python
• Knowledge of Bash scripting or equivalent is preferred.
