Identifies new markets and provides recommendations on acquiring new accounts in accordance with the company's thrust of building and acquiring new & quality card base.
Recommends strategies in acquiring new accounts with low acquisition cost.
Oversees activities such as inquiries, commission pay out and handling of service issues of the entire program.
Develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to drive branch acquisition and engagement.
Reviews and evaluates performances of the implemented sales programs to identify system errors, procedural errors and problem incidents to prevent recurrence of sales programs improvement.
Job Requirements
With a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
2-3 years experience in sales management or program management
Proven experience in campaign and project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
With a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
Has knowledge of regulatory compliance and an ability to work credibly with all levels of an organization
With excellent oral and written communication skills
