About the Role

This role, based in Cebu (priority) or Makati (hybrid), oversees ideation, product development and lifecycle management for consumer digital solutions. Night‑shift collaboration is required. You'll design user journeys, prioritise backlogs and champion a mobile‑first strategy localhost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new product development and lifecycle management from ideation to launch, including end‑of‑life planning localhost.
  • Rapidly prototype and test emerging technologies before full implementation localhost.
  • Serve as Voice of the Customer, informing personas, roadmaps and backlog prioritization across web, mobile and connected devices localhost.
  • Design user journeys that address pain points and balance clinical value, technology feasibility and business impact localhost.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products and user experiences localhost.
  • Expand omnichannel communication campaigns to support a mobile‑first strategy localhost.
  • Implement analytics and measurement capabilities to build reporting dashboards localhost.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert, supporting training and client demos and resolving consumer/client challenges localhost.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies and launch plans with marketing, sales and operations teams localhost.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer digital product management or related roles, with at least 2 years as a subject‑matter expert localhost.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence localhost.
  • Demonstrated ability to design user journeys and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfort with statistical concepts and interpreting technical instructions localhost.

Good‑to‑Have

  • Certifications in product management, digital marketing or UX.
  • Experience with mobile‑first or omnichannel campaigns.
  • Exposure to pharmacy benefit management or consumer wellness products.
