Job Purpose
Manages the end-to-end implementation of strategic interventions, programs, and processes supporting the performance, learning, and career development of employees.
Develops, facilitates, and manages learning, developmental and strategic interventions including culture building programs and initiatives
Manages the roll out and administration of eLearning and self-paced programs in HRIS, Linkedin Learning, and other platforms.
Prepares accurate and up-to-date training database and reports including but not limited to Linkedin Learning activation, completion, etc.
Manages activities related to each phase of the performance management process (i.e. Goal Setting, Mid-Year reviews, and Year-end Reviews)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any Management degree
With at least 3 years of work experience preferably in learning/engagement/OD functions or its equivalent
Demonstrates competency in program design, management, facilitation and administration
Proficient in using MS Office and basic photo/video editing software
