Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit.
  • Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled.
  • Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
  • Perform other duties and functions assigned by Operations Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of data/BPO experience undergraduates must have at least 2 years of data/BPO experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise communication.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 30 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications with strong navigation skills.
  • At least Level 1 or 2 in Berlitz Chinese language assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aboveaverage problemsolving skills.
  • Aboveaverage written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret customer information accurately.
  • Fast and accurate dataentry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work.
  • Adaptable to change.
