About the Company
We are looking for an experienced Radio (Wireless) Optimization Engineer that will maintain and improve certain cites within Metro Manila. The Engineer should have good knowledge and experience on Drive-test measurements, Network Measurement Reports (MR)s) and OSS KPI Data collection, process, and analysis to accurately find and solve network issues for network experience improvement. The Engineer should be physically fit to support on-site activities and can work with minimum supervision. The Engineer should have a good attitude, good team player and always have the will to further improve and develop. Having Off-shore experience and ECE/ECT Licensure is a plus.
About the Role
The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving Network Performance and Experience across multiple cities within Metro Manila.
Responsibilities
- Area Owner for multiple cities within Metro Manila
- Responsible on maintaining and improving Network Performance and Experience
- Rollout Progress Maintenance
- Ensure all the Reports from Rollout team are properly checked and passed all KPI standards set by Central / HQ
- Ensure the progress within SLA Timeline
- Ensure all the reports are within the Quality Standards and archived properly at Portal and sharepoints
- Handling and communication customer complaints / VIP Complaints
- Responsible on monitoring and Improving WCL, HLC, LLC and ZCL
- Responsible for monitoring and improving Network OSS KPI
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (BS ECE) or related course
- At least have 2 to 3 years experience in Wireless Network optimization
- At least 1-year in OSS KPI Optimization
- At least 2-years in Drive-Test Analysis
- It will be a plus if handling already OSS KPI Analysis for at least 1-year
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good Critical thinking and can work with minimum supervision
Required Skills
- Proficient with Huawei and ZTE Tools and Equipment which includes U2020, Net Numen, PRS and etc.
- Proficient on using Microsoft 365 Office basic tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Skills
- Optional for Associate / Needed for Specialist (Plus): Proficient on Data Mining and Analysis through any tools like MS Excel VBA, MS Access, MS SQL, TIBCO, Tableau or etc.
- Optional (plus): Either or both have (1) Off-shore experience and (2) ECE/ECT License
