Monitors market activities and consumer behavior trends and provides analysis to the Department and Division Head.
Assists in the planning, provides recommendations, and obtains approval for the set-up and implementation of marketing programs and promotions for the cross-selling of insurance products to the RCBC credit cardholders.
Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to increase insurance billings.
Coordinates with External partners, Internal Department or Divisions, and Sales Channels in relation to the overall cross-selling of the Insurance products.
Monitors the overall performance of the Insurance Partnership Programs in terms of billings, revenue, and expenses.
Job Requirements
Graduate of any 4 year business course or other related course
With experience in marketing insurance products is preferred
Able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
Is a creative thinker; can develop new ideas
With excellent written and oral communication skills
With effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint
