Senior Accounting Manager

JOB OVERVIEW: . Senior Accounting Manager will report and work closely with the President & VP and others in the organization in analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls . Prepares Financial Statement and Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance, reconciliations and report preparation . Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting system and procedures including the review and implementation of process and system changes ( ERP software to SAP or NETSUITE) . Work with Audit, Tax (3rdparty/ Accounting Mgr) and Treasury Supervisor to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through a report (annual report) . TAX proficient QUALIFICATIONS: . Must be a Certified Public Accountant with 5 years professionalexperience . The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities (able to manage complex accounting structure), solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results . High level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment . Team player . Attention to details, Analysis and collaboration . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proficient in Microsoft office, ERP and SAP
