JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our growing regional team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, while leading end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end accounting and financial management services for assigned clients
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, and statutory financial accounts in compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory standards
- Direct and manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial records and reports
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage tax compliance requirements, including preparation, review, and filing of tax returns and related schedules
- Monitor compliance calendars to ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee compliance with all applicable corporate, payroll, withholding, and other local taxes
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies when necessary
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of accounting and tax clients
- Serve as a key adviser to clients on financial, accounting, and compliance matters
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance client services
Financial Planning & Process Improvement
- Assist senior management in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and company policies
Leadership & Team Support
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to accounting team members
- Review work outputs to ensure quality and compliance standards are consistently met
- Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other finance, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management, with managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and Philippine tax regulations
- Experience handling international or global clients is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst & Young, or PricewaterhouseCoopers is an advantage
