JOB OVERVIEW
- The Senior Accountant should be detail-oriented, analytical and proactive, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. The role will work across complex financial datasets covering revenue, expenses, and multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance as the company continues to scale. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in strengthening the financial processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
What you'll be doing:
- Month-end close activities including areas of revenue recognition, expense accruals and deferrals, debt, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare account reconciliations, flux analysis and monitor irregularities for day-to-day accounting operations using AI-enabled close management tools
- Perform select treasury functions such as batch contractor payments, tax payments, and cross-border intercompany settlements
- Handle a significant portion of annual financial audit
- Review and improve various standard operating procedures for accounting operations
- Drive ongoing process automation and system implementations for accounting operations .
What will make you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of technical accounting topics including ASC 606
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- AI-forward, process improvement mindset
- Accounting System/ Software experience or knowledge with ERP
- CPA license is required
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
