Senior Accountant (US) – D&V Philippines

Location: Makati City (Hybrid)

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Setup

• Initial 3–4 months of onsite training
• Transitions to a hybrid setup thereafter
• Requires only 1–2 onsite days per month or quarter

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and US GAAP.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare supporting workpapers and schedules.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA is an advantage is a plus

Experience in:

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing
• Payroll processing
• Bookkeeping and back-office accounting
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing

Additional experience with the following is a plus:

• Xero
• Computer Ease
• Intacct
• Yardi
• NetSuite
• ProSystem Engagement

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
