Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant at Partipost in Makati, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Accountant will be responsible to oversee accounting tasks, financial record keeping, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits.
Qualifications
- Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping skills
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or progress towards certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full-spectrum of accounting (ie. prepare quotation, invoices, AR collection, payments)
- Prepares and Present Monthly Financial Reports in accordance to FRS standards
- Prepare general ledger journal entries in our accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Review bank reconciliation
- Assist with annual financial audit and tax filing
- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies
- Supervise the team to ensure that all the required report deadlines are met
- Work closely with Singapore Office
