Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant situated in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping processes, analyzing financial data, performing account reconciliations, maintaining budgets, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting with audits. The role also involves working closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax compliance
• Experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA licensure is preferred
• Relevant work experience, preferably in accounting or financial management roles
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site capacity
