What You'll Do

  • Own the full accounting cycle for the luxury brand, including daily transaction reviews, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records in Xero.
  • Manage accounts payable and vendor payments, including processing invoices through Dext, tracking approvals, and coordinating weekly payment runs.
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and financial reporting, including management reports, board presentation materials, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support commercial and operational finance activities, including inventory tracking, stock takes, product costing, and financial analysis for new product launches.

Key Criteria


  • At least 6 years of accounting experience with strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and balance sheet management.
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience managing accounting processes independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in FMCG/retail/manufacturing environments, inventory and product costing exposure, or CPA qualification and familiarity with Australian accounting practices (e.g., GST).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to go beyond transactional work and provide financial insights.

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 36 months, aligned with AU business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
