As a Senior Accounting Manager, you aren't just managing numbers; you are the trusted right hand to a High Net Worth (HNW) family. This is a high-profile, high-impact role where you will combine technical accounting precision with a concierge-level service mindset to navigate complex financial structures, including multiple LLCs, trusts, and operating entities.
Your Impact
- Master Complex Cash Operations: Lead high-stakes, weekly bill pay cycles across a web of interconnected entities. You will ensure funds are drawn accurately from LLCs and trusts while leveraging platforms like RAMP and BILL to manage vendor relationships and secure financial movements with absolute precision.
- Architect Multi-Entity Financial Integrity: Take full ownership of the General Ledger within Xero. You will apply a deep understanding of accounting principles to code complex inter-company transactions and provide sophisticated financial insights using SYFT Analytics.
- Provide Elite Client Advocacy: Act as the first line of defense in communication. You will manage a dedicated accounting inbox with a zero-inbox mentality, troubleshooting roadblocks independently and representing the principal with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and friendliness.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally working with HNW individuals or complex multi-entity structures.
- The Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Xero is required. You must be skilled in RAMP or BILL for automated payments and have a strong preference for experience with SYFT Analytics.
- The Mindset: A Concierge Mindset-you understand that how you deliver the work is as important as the work itself. You are a finisher who brings solutions, maintains strict confidentiality, and thrives on organization and clarity.
