Reporting to the Financial Controller and Finance Manager, this position will perform a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records, and reports; will maintain the accuracy of the Company's ledgers and subsidiary financial systems; will assist in the preparation of assigned budgets, annual audit, and year-end closing; and will provide highly responsible staff assistance to assigned staff.
The key responsibility is the accurate and timely preparation of the consolidation of the Group's financial statements.

Summary of Key Qualifications and Requirements for the Role
Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices, including general ledger, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and relevant software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases).
- Familiarity with Philippine/International Financial Reporting Standards, GAAP, and relevant national/local financial laws and regulations.
Abilities:
- Perform accurate and timely accounting, financial analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Reconcile, maintain, and analyze financial records and statements.
- Interpret financial laws, codes, and data, and solve complex accounting issues.
- Operate financial software and office equipment efficiently.
- Work independently, follow instructions, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.
