This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at King Properties, located in Cebu. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, analyzing financial data, preparing tax returns, supervising junior accountants, and assisting with audits. The role will collaborate with other departments to support business decisions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA qualification is a plus)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
