Account Manager
Job Overview
This role will be working with various client segments such as large enterprises & mid-market and shall bring a strong customer base to the organization. Would be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.
What You'll Do
- Achieve/ exceed sales targets
- Develops effective and specific account plans for the assigned territory to ensure revenue/GP target delivery and sustainable growth. Develops relationship with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through the organization.
- Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value. Builds a strong network and foundation to harvest future business opportunities
- Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and technology strategy landscape.
- Lead accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address customers and prospects priorities on Microsoft solutions
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
- Proficient in and bringing all Microsoft solutions on offer to bear on sales pursuits
- Advance and close sales opportunities.
- Team player and positively orchestrate resources deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales
- Understand and effectively position Softline against the competition
- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
About You
- Account management experience / Direct Sales in Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare, Citrix and Trend Micro products or related areas in Cloud.
- Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT Infrastructure Solutions
- Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.
- Excellent presentation skills and communicate clearly in writing;
- Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
