Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager, located in Taguig with work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with clients goals and the company's standards. Responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and identifying opportunities to drive value for clients. Collaboration with various departments to support strategy, creative campaigns, and execution will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong client relationship management and account management skills
• Project management capabilities including overseeing timelines and budgets
• Experience in brand strategy, business development, and understanding customer insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive project success
• Experience in creative agency or marketing roles considered a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to enhance client outcomes
