Senior Account Manager

Hire Digital is seeking for a Senior Account Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of digital and creative initiatives for key client engagements. This role is responsible for owning project delivery excellence, ensuring campaigns, content, and creative assets are executed with precision, clarity, and strategic alignment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will operate as a trusted client partner, shaping project scopes of work, aligning stakeholders, mitigating delivery risks, and maintaining high creative and operational standards throughout each project's lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with strategists, designers, writers, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet both brand objectives and performance goals.

This position is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and confident in managing complex workflows independently within a fast-moving digital environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams on creative and content projects.
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel content (web, social, video, visual assets).
• Ensure smooth coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns with precision.
• Own project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control throughout delivery.
• Assess project performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in creative services, project management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, content workflows, and creative quality standards.
• Proficient with project management tools and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
