With branches in Shanghai and the Philippines, the company is a boutique agency offering strategic solutions using global tech delivered at a digital pace.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager based in Makati, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Account Manager will manage key client accounts, develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Business Development

Presentation of C3 Interactive Manila's credentials to potential clients.

Play a key role in presenting at pitch presentations

Work with other members of the group to prepare responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals from potential and existing clients

Spot opportunities for new business and actively sell the agency's products and services

Project Management

Plan and conduct market research for strategy development

Develop an understanding of marketing strategies and tactics that will be appropriate

and effective for your clients

Develop an understanding of different digital projects and its relevance to the client's strategy

Get involved in brand/study planning workshops

Develop ideas briefs, feeding in research / account / marketing knowledge

Take client briefs for assigned projects and draft marketing communications proposals for approval by the Managing Director.

Take ownership of all accounts within your portfolio

Brief creative and production teams in a simple, concise, yet inspiring manner,

ensuring, at all times, that they are fully aware of the client's requirements

Ensure that the creative and digital output matches the client's brief and C3's standards, as well being compliant with all the necessary legal and regulatory requirements

Demonstrate organizational and time management skills to effectively manage work requirements

Manage and update project tracking tools (e.g. progress reports, translation and print trackers etc.) on a daily basis

Review and manage project timetables from the creative and production teams,

monitor progress of projects against timetables and effect timely delivery

Create and maintain resource/reference files to assist agency team on assigned

projects in conjunction with Account Executives / Managers

Take client feedback throughout the development process and act as an intermediary between client and agency throughout the sign-off process

Ensure that both internal and external stakeholders involved in projects are informed

of all developments, including time, budget and delivery issues, at every stage of the sign-off process

Ensure efficient and effective delivery of all projects, documentations, and reports.

Identify opportunities to improve agency process and optimize profitability

Client Relationships

Build and maintain good client relationships

Participate actively in client calls and run and control client meetings e.g. take a central role in discussions on specific materials you are responsible for

Meet regularly with clients team to plan and progress account activity

Analyze clients marketing plans and advise accordingly

Gather, share and act upon feedback from the client on campaign work to build satisfaction, recognition of agency value and feed credentials
