About The Team

The FBS Seller Ops Projects Specialist will enhance seller operations by optimizing processes, automating workflows, and generating insightful reports. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Seller Operations, including warehouse/logistics, billing, dispute resolution, and Seller Center functionality. Your work will be essential in driving cost-effective solutions while supporting sellers in maximizing their success on our platform.

Job Description

  • Lead projects to improve and automate Seller Operations, focusing on warehouse and logistics operations, billing, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and manage reporting systems to monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Seller Ops team to enhance features that support seller performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to help sellers improve their overall performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational improvements, balancing efficiency with seller needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or e-commerce project management.
  • Proficiency in process automation tools and data reporting (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other BI tools).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and drive impactful changes.
