Senior Business Analyst

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

· At least 7 years of solid experience as senior business analyst in IT and systems development projects;

· At least 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes and requirements for complex applications, such as BRD, FRD, RDD, FSD and the like.

· Has relevant experience in banking, finance, or related industry

· Must have working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL database, Postgre SQL, Oracle DB);

· Must have experience in implementing system-to-system integrations (via API) through middleware platforms.

· Must be conversant with IT project management lifecycle and systems development lifecycle;

· Must be resourceful for research and report, and proactive in search and implementing new ways for working to achieve work efficiency;

· Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

· Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation;

· Must have strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

· Knowledgeable in solutions such as Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Moody's Analytics CreditLens, Finastra LoanIQ, Finastra Summit, Oracle GL, SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) is desirable. Project implementation and/or systems integration experience of the mentioned solutions is an advantage.

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack products such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and other emerging technologies is a plus.

· Experience in PowerBI reports design and development is an advantage.

· Must have good understanding and experience with business processes including trade finance, supply chain finance, microfinance and financial products such as Loan, Guarantee, Equity, Credit Guarantee (CG), Revolving Credit Facility (RCF), Risk Participation Agreement (RPA), Partial Guarantee Facility Agreement (PGFA), and Risk Distribution Agreement (RDA).

· Must have proficient understanding of financial transactions including but not limited to limits management, transaction life cycle and management, sanctions check, and eligibility check. Process knowledge in the context of ADB or other MDB operations is preferred.

Business Process Management and Integration

· Experience in process re-engineering or process improvement is preferred

· Experience in requirements gathering and elicitation

· Experience in Agile systems development is a must

· Experience in preparing storyboard, mockup screens, and prototype for presentation to stakeholders;

· Communicate with business users, the as-is, to-be, via context diagrams

· Experience in complex data migration from legacy/source system to new systems is an advantage.

· Experience in reports design, development, and implementation.

· Experience in verification and validation of requirements

· Work together with the business users and other IT team members to develop project scope analysis and business case.

· Experience in working with and managing third-party vendors

· Experience in developing materials and conducting functional training.

· Proactively identify and assess risk and escalates to the project lead.

· Identify business process risk and controls quickly and engage key stakeholders in resolving issues and closing process gaps

· Ability to coordinate test activities, UAT, and define testing requirements with the QA team and user.

· Document and update business process documents, functional requirements documents, high level architecture or design document, data flow diagram, and entity relationship diagram.

· Document and update business requirement, functional requirement, non-functional requirement, integration, and functional design documents if relevant.

Work Arrangement

· Hybrid, to report onsite as needed. If the TSCMF product team or PDM requires the Senior BA to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.

· Work Schedule is from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Manila Time.

· May be required to support critical release windows.
